Refund and Returns Policy

Every piece in this shop is handmade with care, and I want you to feel happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to read through the return and refund guidelines before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales are final.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for original paintings, mini canvases, postcards, or hand-painted bottles unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing clear images and videos. We will re-deliver an exchange or replacement product within 5-6 days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the return request (with photos) is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions or personalized pieces
